Keto panna cotta
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin
1/4 cup cold water*
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup coconut milk*
1/2 cup allulose
2 tsp vanilla extract
*Note: If you would like it less firm, use 1/2 cup of water instead of 1/4 cup.
Do not like coconut milk? Use heavy cream only or adjust the quantity to:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup allulose
2 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients:
