Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 small can Enchilada sauce
ΒΌ cup Cheese
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of tapatio
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Lightly spray with avocado oil.
While the pan is heating, whisk eggs with heavy cream, sour cream, and tapatio.
After the pan has heated up, pour in the whisked egg.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In another pan add shredded cheese to form a circle and cook until the cheese has crisp and set.
Add in half of the scramble egg and roll.
Repeat after two cheese enchiladas.
Add back to same pan and pour enchilada sauce and cook until hot.
Enjoy

1.5 ounces of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Β½ teaspoon of baking powder
2.5 powdered watermelon electrolytes
Β½ teaspoon of gelatin
1 tablespoon of sweetener
Pinch of salt to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare dish with spray and parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 350
For 15 to 20 minutes until itβs set
Place in the fridge to enjoy cold.

Directions:
Add all ingredients except 2 eggs into a bowl or blender.
Blend all ingredients well.
Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin top pan or cupcake pan
Add in batter to 4 sections and crack the remaining eggs into the other two sections of muffin pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Assemble with cheese and maple syrup and enjoy!
