Avocado Baked Eggs | Keto Breakfast
Baked eggs in avocado might be the most simple, fast and nutritious breakfast. We’ve got three toppings to share with you, but the options are endless.
Ingredients:
2 avocados
4 eggs
s&p, to taste
bacon
cherry tomato
fresh basil
shredded cheddar
fresh chives
Preparation
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.
Scoop out some of the flesh to make a bigger hole.
Crack egg into each and season with salt and pepper.
Top and bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs!
