If you’re like me, all of those strict rules and math equations feel completely overwhelming and the ingredients sound really expensive and difficult to maintain. Who has time to weigh, measure, and count macros for every single thing you eat? Um, NOT ME. That sounds impractical, stressful, and confusing. I couldn’t do this for two days (or even two hours) without screwing up. I figured out an easier way to lose weight on the keto diet, and it’s doable for everyone (no complicated math required!).
