This moist chocolate keto cake is more like a lava cake. It is melty and moist inside. This low carb cake is topped with a chocolate glaze made from sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil. This cake is made without using any additional almond flour and coconut flour.

EASY KETO CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
4 Perfect Keto Double Chocolate Cookies
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2-4 tablespoons keto approved chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
In a small bowl, mash together the cookies with the heavy cream and mix until cookies are crumbled and a batter is formed. Press cake batter into a greased ramekin. You can also line the inside of the ramekin with parchment paper if you wish to pop your cake out of the ramekin after baking. Microwave for 65-70 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and let cool. Meanwhile prepare the sugar free chocolate glaze. In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave at 30 intervals until the chocolate is melted – stir in between each interval. Top cake with chocolate glaze.
