Chia pudding is a great substitute for a low carb or ketogenic pudding. Chia seeds are a super-food and plump up to give the texture of a pudding. Add your favorite flavor and you are good to go..

Ingredients:
¾ Cup + ¼ Cup Almond milk
3 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 ½ Tbsp Hemp Seeds
6-7 Drops Stevia
1 ½ Tbsp Heavy Cream
Flavorings of your choice
Chai Masala:
3 tbsp cloves (laung / lavang)
1/4 cup cardamoms
1 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)
2 sticks cinnamon (dalchini)
1/4 cup dried ginger (soonth) powder
1 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
Roast, Cool and Grind the spices.
Milk masala:
• ½ cup almond
• ½ cup cashew nuts
• ½ cup pistachios + 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
• 9-10 saffron strands or ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ¼ t/s nutmeg powder
• 14 green cardamom
• 3-4 peppercorn
I grind all the nuts raw. You can roast and then grind.
