JALAPENO POPPER BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
3 fresh jalapenos sliced
4 pieces turkey bacon cooked to crisp and crumbled
3 oz cream cheese diced
1 cup mix cheese shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cheese (optional for topping)
Jalapeno sliced (optional topping)
Bake 350F for 25-30 min. then top with cheese and bacon and bake for another 5 min.
