Keto Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

16oz Pork Sausage
1 package Cream Cheese
2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
10 eggs
1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper
Cauliflower Rice 12oz
Crumbled Bacon (six strips)

Directions

1. Brown 1 pound of sausage
2. Incorporate 1 package of cream cheese (cubed) until the cream cheese is melted into the sausage
3. Turn off heat and add 1 cup of cheddar to your sausage and cream cheese mixture
4. Place mixture in a 9×13 baking dish, smooth out evenly
5. Whisk together 10 eggs into a bowl with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add cauliflower rice to the top of the sausage mixture
7. Pour egg mixture on top of the cauliflower
8. Top with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese
