Keto Breakfast Veggie Hash With Runny Egg On The Blackstone Griddle

I have faced the crowd and now its time for Hungry Hussey to lose some weight. Life dynamics have changed, and I’ve keep eating more and more. I must do better.

I made this Keto type recipe with zucchini, squash, bell pepper, and onion. I then topped it off with a runny, over medium egg. It was delicious. I had a few pieces of bacon to round out the breakfast. Very yummy folks!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup zuchinni
1/2 cup yellow squash
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup of onion
3 eggs (or however many you want)
Salt
Pepper

Cook hash with olive oil until crisp, serve with eggs on top and enjoy!
