Crust:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sweetener

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup erythritol*
1/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped first

*if using no splenda and erythritol only, use powdered erythritol to prevent gritty texture.
