1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup powdered erythritol (Swerve works)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
5 tbsp. softened butter
2 tbsp. psyllium husk powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients together until combined.
Mix wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
Fill donut molds until 3/4 full.
Bake at 350F (180C) until tops are golden brown.
Flip out onto a cooling rack and let cool, while donuts are still warm brush with melted butter and dip them into a mix of granulated erythritol and cinnamon.
Makes 8-12 donuts.
Net carbs: 2g per donut.
