KETO & DAIRY FREE BREAKFAST “POTATOES”! EASY BREAKFAST RECIPE! QUICK & HEALTHY BREAKFAST! COOK W/ME

In this episode, Jill cooks up a quick breakfast favorite at Camp David! It’s her YUMMY BREAKFAST POTATOES! In this recipe though you can cook TWO different ways. She remembers a Trim Healthy Mama trick and converts her Breakfast Hash into a HEALTHY KETO/THM FRIENDLY version for her and Luke to enjoy. KETO FRIENDLY VERSION BREAKFAST POTATOES RECIPE –
Feeds 4
Ingredients
-2 bunches fresh radishes (cleaned, & cut into bite size pieces)
-Olive Oil (just enough to cover the bottom of your skillet)
-1/4 onion (finely diced or minced)
-3 cloves garlic (Minced)
-Garlic Salt (approximately 1 1/2 teaspoon, I just season to taste)
-Dill (approximately 1 1/2 teaspoon, I just season to taste)
-Smoked Paprika (approximately 2 teaspoons, I just season to taste)
-Chili Powder (approximately 1 Tablespoon, I just season to taste)
-Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (approximately 1 teaspoon, I just season to taste)
-Ground Black Pepper (approximately 1 teaspoon, I just season to taste)
-Nutritional Yeast (approximately 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup, I use a good amount, the flavor is AMAZING)
OPTIONAL INGREDIENT ADD INS
-505 Southwestern Hatch Green Chile Sauce or salsa of your choice (1/4 cup – 1/2 cup, just your preference on spice) If you choose not to use this the hash is STILL AMAZING!
-Browned Ground Breakfast Sausage (1/4 – 1/2 pound, make sure to brown the sausage first and toss it in at the end)
-Diced Cooked Bacon (toss in at the end of the recipe)
– Cooked Scrambled Eggs (toss in at the end of the recipe)
Cooking Directions
Drizzle a standard cooking skillet with the olive oil until the bottom is just covered and place skillet over medium high heat. Place the cut up Radishes, diced onion, and minced garlic into the skillet. Toss and let begin to cook for about 10 minutes. Add the garlic salt, dill, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to taste, and continue to stir and cook the radishes over medium high – high heat for another 15 – 20 minutes. Once the radishes are easily pierced with a fork and VERY soft they are ready to add your nutritional yeast and Salsa if you are choosing to use it. Stir and cook the radishes another 10 minutes or until you see everything is incorporated. Enjoy! You can also add any other add ins you are using at this point.
