Keto Dream Cake
Dream Cake or also known as Tin Can Chocolate Cake is not just your regular cake in tin cans. This dessert contains a lot of chocolate galorè layers- a moist chocolate cake base followed by the bitter sweet chocolate filling, topped with a chocolate crackling ganache and dusted with cocoa powder. Who would have thought that this decadent and luscious chocolate cake is sugar and gluten free?! It’s truly a chocolate lover’s ultimate dream. And yes, you’re not dreaming! 😋🍫

*Feel free to use any container you want. You can use the glass type microwable container so that you can make the cake base directly and don’t have to transfer it.
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons (35g) sweetener of choice
3 tablespoons (45mL) boiling water
1 tablespoon (15g) melted salted butter
1 tablespoon (7g) coconut flour or 3 tablespoons (18g) blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon (7g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (23g) granulated sweetener of choice
½ teaspoon (2g) baking powder
¼ teaspoon (1mL) vanilla extract
1 large beaten egg
1 cup (240mL) heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons (35g) granulated sweetener of choice. Adjust sweetener acdg to taste.
4 squares (32g) Lindt chocolate (you can use 85-95% cacao)
1 tablespoon (7g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (4mL) vanilla extract
⅓ cup (80mL) hot coconut oil
4 squares (32g) Lindt chocolate (85-95% cacao)
1-2 tablespoons (12-24g) powdered sweetener of choice
unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
