Ingredients
Cauliflower: 200gm
Garlic : 3 cloves
Spring onion : 5tbsp
Celery : 2 tbsp
Capsicum: 2tbsp
Olive oil : 3-4 tsp
Egg :2
Pepper : 1 tsp
Salt :1/2 tsp
Procedure
Mix finely chopped cauliflower with 2 eggs and enough salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic and saute to this add the mixture and saute until cauliflower is cooked (4-5minutes).Now add 1tsp oil and a crushed garlic clove and saute. Add spring onion, celery,capsicum and mix well .Adjust salt and pepper as per your preference.
