Keto Jello Cream Cheese Pie (Sugar Free, Low Carb, Keto Friendly Dessert)
RECIPE/DIRECTIONS
Crust:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
Filling:
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup hot water
1 cup allulose
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 cups of heavy cream (1 pint)
Topping:
1 large package of Sugar Free Jello
3 cup hot water
STEP 1:
Preheat oven to 375. Defrost cream cheese and butter.
STEP 2:
Dissolve 2 packages of gelatin with 1 cup of hot water and 1 TBS lemon juice. Set aside and cool until room temperature. In a separate bowl, mix large box of Sugar Free Jello and 3 cups of hot water. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
STEP 3:
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. The mixture should resemble a crumb like texture. Press the dough into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is brown. Cool completely.
STEP 4:
Beat HWC until peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix sweetener and cream cheese. Mix HWC, cream cheese mixture, and gelatin together. Pour over cooled crust and chill for 2 hours.
STEP 5:
Spoon flavored sugar free jello on top of firm cream cheese mixture and chill completely for 2 hours and/or overnight. Enjoy!
