KETO Smoothie | Keto Breakfast | Healthy Fats & Avocado Smoothie for weight loss

My kids beg for smoothies in the morning… and I beg for them too (along with coffee). This is a keto smoothie that I love to make for breakfast because it’s loaded with healthy fats. The avocado and macadamia nut make this low carb smoothie thick and creamy. You can add any milk that tickles your fancy, like coconut, almond, or heavy cream. The raspberries and Swerve provide just a hint of sweetness in the smoothie. It’s optional, but I like to add collagen powder when I make this keto smoothie for the kidos and myself.

This avocado smoothie is full of healthy fats which will keep you full! It is an ideal meal replacement and great for weight loss.

KETO SMOOTHIE RECIPE
1 cup ice
60 g avocado (about ½ c)
½ c raspberries
1 T coconut oil
2 T Swerve Sweetener *see source below*
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen powder (optional)
½ cup macadamia nut milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup water
Pinch of salt

Blend everything together until smooth and serve!
