RECIPE: 90 Second Bread “McGriddle” Breakfast Sandwich #ketorecipes

90 Second “McGriddle” Recipe

1 T butter or coconut oil
3 T (22g) Fine Ground Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
1 Whole Egg
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla to taste
liquid stevia to taste

Melt the butter in a mug in the microwave for 10 seconds or until melted. Add in dry ingredients and incorporate with butter. Mix in egg, stevia vanilla and cinnamon. Tap mug on counter to pop bubbles. Microwave for 90 seconds. Flip mug upside down to release bread. Cut in half and toast or grill. Add toppings and sugar free syrup and serve.
