Super Simple Keto Oatmeal
This one is so good! It’s creamy and the taste has really good! You’ll want to make extra for next time!
Recipe:
4 tablespoons organic coconut flour
6 tablespoons golden flaxseed meal
4 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder or casein.
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol to taste or 4 drops liquid stevia drops (we like to mix them)
In a bowl mix together dry ingredients.
Add almond milk and dry ingredients to the sauce pan and cook over medium heat. It will seem very thin at first.
When it thickens, add sweetener.
We love to top it with toasted sliced almond and pecans! You can also use dark chocolate or cinnamon!
