So in today’s video I take you into my kitchen and how I meal prep food for the week and make my salad that I bring to work pretty much everyday! During the week I’m pretty busy, so I like to take Sunday’s to prepare a lot of food so during the week I don’t have to think and just eat! haha. Chicken Thigh: 350F for 20 minutes
– Garlic Salt
– Pepper
– Cayenne Pepper
– Poultry Seasoning
– Garlic Powder
– Chili Powder
Salad Dressing:
– 2 Tsp Trader Joes Garlic Aoli
– 1 Tsp Trader Joes Pesto
– 1 Tsp Olive Oil
– A couple dashes of Trader Joes Habanero Hot Sauce
– Lemon Pepper
– 1 Tsp Water
Salad:
– Romaine Lettuce
– Chicken Thigh
– Avocado
– Soft Boiled Egg
– Dressing (Above)
