I recently tried the keto diet, which in short means a high fat very LOW CARB (20g net carbs a day to be exact!!) diet that I wanted to share my experience on why I quit the keto diet. I am not a health professional or nutrition expert, but I know a lot of you have been asking for an update on this so I wanted to be honest with you guys about my thoughts on keto and the side effects it had on me.
