3-INGREDIENT PROTEIN MOUNDS may become your newest candy obsession! And did you know the ingredients in the original “mounds bar” still being handed out to kids these days? ABSURD! – so weather you’re making this for your kid or the kid in us all, you have to try this easy protein packed version!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup organic greek yogurt
– 1 cup unsweetened organic coconut shreds
– Organic chocolate of choice, melted
Option to add 2 scoops of collagen for an extra 28g of protein!
Method:
Mix greek yogurt and coconut (and collagen if using) and form into balls. Freeze until firm and then coat with chocolate. Store in the refrigerator.
