3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Protein Brownies

3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Protein Brownies

These 3-ingredient LOW-CARB PROTEIN BROWNIES are egg-free, grain & gluten-free, nut-free, and contains over 50g of complete protein!

So if you’re on a keto, low carb, grain-free diet or perhaps you just need to find ways to meet your protein goals all while studying your sweet tooth….I got you!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup of my own Bethany’s Pantry DSP (this acts as a low-carb flour substitute that provides a complete protein at the same time – other protein powders such as whey, collagen, rice, etc. will not work)
– 1/2 cup of red cacao powder
– 1 cup of greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup water

Method:
Mix dry ingredients first, then add greek yogurt and mix well. It will still be crumbly so add 1/2 cup of water and minx until it has a thick, brownie batter texture. Transfer batter into a lined baking dish and bake in the oven at 350 F for 30 – 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the refrigerator overnight (this is important as they will firm up once cooled).

Optional Protein Frosting:
Mix desired amount of greek yogurt with desired amount of red cocoa powder until you get a thick, frosting-like consistency. Taste. If you need to add sweetener, I prefer raw manuka honey but any sweetener will work.
