My Keto Diet – From Fat To Slim

My keto diet: From Fat to Slim

Transforming your body to achieve a slim and toned physique is an incredible achievement that requires hard work, dedication, and commitment. The ketogenic diet, also known as the keto diet, is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has been proven to be effective in promoting weight loss and transforming the body. By implementing the principles of the keto diet and adhering to a strict dietary plan, you can achieve your weight loss goals and transform your body from fat to slim.

The keto diet works by putting the body into a state of ketosis, in which it burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. This is achieved by drastically reducing your intake of carbohydrates, while increasing your consumption of healthy fats and proteins. By doing so, you can reduce your body’s insulin levels and encourage it to burn stored fat for energy, rather than using the carbohydrates from your diet.

My keto diet

To successfully transform your body with my keto diet, it’s important to follow a strict dietary plan that includes high-quality sources of healthy fats, such as avocado, nuts, and olive oil, as well as lean proteins from sources such as chicken, fish, and tofu. You should also limit your intake of carbohydrates to around 20-30 grams per day, and focus on consuming nutrient-dense, low-carbohydrate vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and kale.

In addition to following a strict dietary plan, it’s also important to incorporate regular exercise into your routine to help build muscle and burn fat. Cardiovascular exercise, such as running, cycling, or swimming, can help burn calories and improve heart health, while strength training exercises such as lifting weights or doing bodyweight exercises can help build lean muscle mass and increase metabolism.

With commitment, dedication, and perseverance, you can transform your body with keto and achieve your weight loss goals. By following a healthy dietary plan and incorporating regular exercise into your routine, you can achieve a slim, toned physique and enjoy the many health benefits of a healthy lifestyle. So why not take the first step towards a healthier, happier you and begin your keto journey today?

Les Shares His Success with the Keto Diet: From 118kg to 96.9kg in 17 Weeks

My keto diet is working well, I would like you to take a look at some of these photographs. Some of these photographs go back to when I was at my heaviest, which was 118 kilos. When I was at my heaviest, and I think most people would agree with this, I never liked having my photograph taken.

A lot of my photographs were taken behind my wife, so I just had a headshot type of thing, and I rarely did a full-body shot. As you can see by these photographs, I was a rather chunky guy some four years or so ago. Then I decided not so long ago to try a diet, and it became my keto diet.

We have been on the keto diet since doing my videos for 17 weeks. For those people who were following me regularly, you would have seen that I fell off the wagon a little bit when I went on a three-week holiday to Koh Samet. For three weeks, I put a little bit of weight on because it was difficult to control my diet when I was on holiday. Eating food from the restaurant, you have no idea what goes into it. But now I am back on my keto, and I do a lot of cooking myself, so I know what is in it.

So, take a look at these. I have done a video on this green curry, keto green curry. It tastes absolutely beautiful, easy to make, quick, and simple to make. And as I said, follow the video and watch how I make it. It is easy to do. Also, I have done a couple of videos here on desserts.

As almost everyone has a sweet tooth, including myself, desserts are always welcomed. Personally, I indulge in the cheesecake fluff on a daily basis.

I make different variations of it, and it is my dessert of choice. I have one meal a day, which is between 12 and 1 o’clock, and then I have my dessert at five o’clock. And that is all I eat every day, one meal a day and a dessert, and drinking water or low-calorie drinks.

What am I drinking to lose weight?

All I drink is water or zero-calorie Coke, zero-calorie Sprite, and zero-calorie lemon and lime drinks. There are many drinks on the market now with zero calories, which is a great choice for people who do not want to drink sugar-loaded Coke or soft drinks. So in week 17, I lost some weight since I restarted my keto diet from my last video. I was 98 kilos, and today I weigh 96.9 kilos. I lost just over one kilo in just over a week since I went back onto my keto diet again.

My keto diet goal is to get down to 90 kilos, or probably 87 or 88 kilos, which gives me some wiggle room once I come off my diet because you always put a little bit of weight back on when you come off any diet. So my goal is 90 kilos, and if I get down to 90 kilos, I will be happy. I am almost there now, down to 96.9 at the end of week 17, and I know I am going strong.

I have no problems with carrying on with the keto diet. It is the easiest diet I have ever been on as far as not feeling hungry is concerned. When I came off the wagon a little bit and ate normal food at the restaurant, I had hunger pangs and sugar cravings, and I did not feel good about it. It was awful because I was always feeling hungry. Now, back on the keto diet with one meal a day, I do not feel hungry.

That is the beauty of this diet; you do not feel hungry once you are in ketosis. Your fridge is always full because your body, if it has excess fat, is always full. So your body always has something to eat. If anyone has any questions about my keto diet, please feel free to ask.  I am open and honest, and I will give you the good and the bad about my keto diet. As far as I am concerned, it is all good. There is very little bad about the keto diet. I love it, enjoy it, sing its praises, and I will carry on cooking different meals.

Equipment needed

I bought some more equipment to be able to show people how to make different meals. So, look at my video here: Keto Green Curry and Cheesecake Fluff. You will not be disappointed if you try them. Anybody can eat them, and if I can make them tasty (even though I’m not the best cook in the world), everybody will find them very delicious. So, from Les and the Keto Diet from Fat to Slim, to the next video.
