Keto Chocolate Muffins Recipe With Almond Flour

400 g. almond flour
50 g. raw cocoa powder organic
3 eggs (free range)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50 ml. coconut oil
2 tablespoons erythritol or stevia powder
140 g. dark choco drops (chocolate chips) vegan organic or cocoa cream with stevia
Bake in a preheated fan oven for about 20-22 minutes at 180°C.
Most baked goods like frozen cakes or cupcakes, muffins can last in your freezer for about two to three months, so be sure to label your muffins with their name and date they were baked.
