Ingredients:
1 package firm tofu
1 package hummus
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of dry basil
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Oven ready lasagna noodles
1 jar of marinara sauce
Vegan mozzarella cheese
Walnut Meat ingredients:
1 tsp of Liquid Aminos
2 cups of walnuts – soak in water 24 hours prior
3-6 garlic cloves
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 cup sun dried tomato
1 tbsp of grapeseed oil
Black pepper
2-3 tbsp Korean Bbq sauce
Method of Walnut
Drain water from soaked walnuts and add to food processor
Add onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper, and a couple dashes of liquid aminos.
Blend on medium for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, then another 10 seconds, careful not to over blend
