This quick and easy chocolate pudding recipe is a delicious and super simple treat that will win you over! It has no added sugar, no flour whatsoever (gluten-free), no cow’s milk (lactose-free), no butter, and uses few ingredients. It only takes 3 minutes in the microwave, or you can make it in a conventional oven. This is a low carb recipe, making it a great alternative for your low carb diet, for your food reeducation with fewer carbs, and for weight loss and overall health.
