Trying Keto Meal Prep On A Budget – Week One
This week I prepped 7 balanced keto meals using simple, affordable ingredients from WinCo. I made a few mistakes (bought bone-in chicken, forgot the cheese), but that’s part of the process! This batch should keep me on track for the next few days — and it’s all part of the journey.

~6.5–7.5 oz cooked chicken
2–3 scrambled eggs
Sautéed cabbage, onions, mushrooms
Frozen cauliflower & broccoli mix
~2 tbsp olive oil
