This creamy keto chicken skillet is a one-pan wonder โ loaded with juicy chicken, crisp green beans, savory mushrooms, and a creamy Parmesan sauce.

ยฝ lb French green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
Salt & lemon pepper (to taste)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
10 oz mushrooms (button or cremini)
ยฝ cup unsalted chicken broth
ยฝ cup heavy cream

cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)

Steam green beans in microwave with ยฝ cup water (8โ10 min)
Heat olive oil & butter in skillet; cook chicken slices ~4 min/side
Add garlic, onion powder, green beans & mushrooms โ sautรฉ 4โ5 min
Stir in chicken broth & cream, simmer until slightly reduced
