Best Tasting Low Carb/Sugar Free Carrot Cake
I love carrot cake and I have an awesome recipe for a Tropical Carrot Cake that my clients and friends love!. That recipe is posted on the website. I decided that I wanted to recreate this cake in a low carb/no sugar type of cake. I have many friends that are going on diets like Keto, Paleo, and Atkins plus I have family members that suffer from diabetes and I want to be able to share my cakes with them too.
