Cottage cheese layer:
Cottage cheese (5% fat) β 500 g
Sugar β 3 tbsp
Eggs β 3 pcs
Cornstarch β 40 g
Sour cream layer:
Sour cream (20% fat) β 400 g
Sugar β 50 g
Flour or cornstarch β 20 g
Egg β 1 pc
Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar (optional)
You can use any berries you like
Pour in the cottage cheese layer first and bake for 20β30 minutes at 180 Β°C (350 Β°F)
Pour over the sour cream mixture and return to the oven for another 15β20 minutes
