– 1/4 lb ground beef (115g)
– 2 slices cheddar cheese (50g)
– 1/2 tomato
– 2 tbsp chopped white onion pickled in apple cider vinegar (30g)
– 3 tbsp pickles (45g) β 1 tbsp for sauce, 2 tbsp for wrap
– 1 tbsp mayonnaise (15g)
– 1 tsp mustard (5g)
– salt, paprika, garlic powder
