Chicken breast 2
Salt 4 pinches
Red chilli flakes 4 pinches
Oregano 4 pinches
Black pepper powder 4 pinches
Mustard powder 4 pinches
Oil 2-3 tbs
Oil for frying
For pineapple sauce
Pine apple slices 5
Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbs
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red chilli flakes 3/4 tsp
White vinegar 1-1/2 tbs
Water 1 cup
First cut the chicken breast from half in a butterfly shape.
Cover it with wrapping sheet & flatten the chicken with hammer.
Then sprinkle salt , oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder & mustard powder on one side. (EVERYTHING A PINCH )
Now flip the side & sprinkle a pinch of salt, a pinch of red chilli flakes, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of black pepper & a pinch of mustard powder.
Repeat the process on second chicken breast again.
Now add oil 2-3 tbs & mix. Marinate for 3-4 hours at least.
Then coat with flour, eggs & bread crumbs & fry.
RECIPE FOR PINEAPPLE SAUCE
Blend pineapple, red chilli flakes, pineapple juice, salt, white vinegar & sugar.
Pour this mixture in a pan. Add water. Cook for 10-15 mins.
Then mix 3/4 tbs cornflour in 1/2 cup water & add to it. Stir to avoid any lumps.
Cook for 4-5 mins after adding cornflour.
