CARNIVORE & KETO DESSERT That’ll Actually SATISFY Your Sweet Tooth
I am making 2 versions of this Sweet and Salty Pork Rinds Snack. Keto and Carnivore Style. #carnivore #ketorecipes
Keto Version:
1/4 cup Lily’s Peanut Butter Chips
1/4 cup Lily’s Milk Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup powdered Allulose
1/2 stick melted unsalted butter
6 ounces pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil mixed with each 1/4 cup Lily’s Chips
Melt Butter. Drizzle melted butter over pork rinds while stirring in a large bowl to coat evenly. Sprinkle Allulose over pork rinds while stirring in la large bowl to coat evenly. Spread out on large cookie sheet. Melt Lily’s Chips and coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Once totally melted, drizzle evenly over pork rinds. Once butter and chips have set, enjoy!
Carnivore Version:
1/2 stick unsalted butter
3 ounces pork rinds
3 Tablespoons Glycine
Make butter into browned butter. If you are unsure how to make browned butter, link is in video for my browned butter recipe. Once butter is browned, let cool so it will not get the pork rinds soggy. Mix glycine with butter. Drizzle butter/glycine mix over pork rinds while mixing in large bowl to coat evenly. Once butter has set, enjoy!
