Today I was starvin’ so I came up with these Chicken Taco Chaffles. They were AMAZING! You have to try these! The chicken and seasonings are cooked inside the chaffle. Eat it like a taco with your hand or with a fork, the choice is yours!

Chicken Taco Chaffle:
Taco Chaffles

1 egg
handfull about 1/4 cup of pepperjack cheese
chopped chicken about 2-3 tbs
1 tsp Seasonings for tacos I used a Southwest marinade in mine but you can use

whatever you have on hand.
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of cayenne pepper

Mix well! Make your chaffles I added a little cheese to mini dash first,

then a little batter, then a little more cheese. Makes it crispier.
