Full Recipe : 🍽️ Keto Mexican Cheesy Chicken Skillet | Quick Low-Carb Dinner
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
• 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
• Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add cubed chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until browned.
3. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender, about 4–5 minutes.
5. Pour in chicken broth, reduce heat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
7. Garnish with avocado, cilantro, or green onions. Serve hot!
