Hashbrown Casserole (per serving)
– 1 cup frozen hashbrowns
-1 light laughing cow wedge
-1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
-1/4 lb turkey sausage
-1 tbs cheese
-seasonings of choice.
1.) in a small baking dish, mixed together all the ingredients except for the shredded cheese.
2.) add shredded cheese on top, and bacon, a 350 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Asian chicken noodle bowls : 4 servings
-8 chicken tenderloins
– 5 ounce dry protein pasta.
-veggie of choice—  I use the green giant zucchini noodles
Sauce: 1/3 cup light yum yum sauce; 4 tbs light teriyaki sauce; 3 tbs soy sauce;  garlic, salt, pepper, ginger to taste.
1.) prepare noodles, according to package instructions. Prepare chicken in a 400° air fryer for five minutes on each side. Cooked zucchini, noodles or any vegetable of choice according to package instructions.
2.) combine the vegetables and noodles together, and toss in the sauce.
3.) add the chicken to the top, and drizzle with remaining sauce.
Tropical Fluff: four servings
-1/2 container sugar free cool whip
-1/2 package sugar free jello cheesecake pudding
-1 orange Creamsicle yogurt
-half a cup of fresh fruit of choice
1.) mix all greens together in a bowl until smooth.
2.) top with toppings of choice, I used a protein, honey granola.
* The Carnitas pork roast can be purchased at Aldi’s— and I highly recommend it!
All you have to do with a roast is put a cup of water in a slow cooker with a roast, and coconut loaf for eight hours. Shred at the end.!
