How To Make Keto Maple Syrup!
Ingredients
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Sweetener (I used Keto Maple Syrup)
1/3 Cup Water or Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Frosting
4 Oz Chocolate Chips (Sugar Free)
4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp Keto Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients, once it is mixed add the dry ingredients slowly.
Using 6” round baking pans cut some parchment paper for the bottom of the pan. Rub some coconut oil on the sides of the pan.
Put the batter evenly in both pans.
Bake for 25-30 Minutes
Frosting
Mix all the ingredients making sure to scrape down the sides. Place in the fridge while the cake cooks and cools.
Once the cake cools place a large dollop of frosting on the first layer and smooth out. Then add the second layer and place the rest of the frosting over it and cover completely.
Store in the fridge.
