It’s That Time Of The Year – Cinnamon Rolls 🍂
healthy 6-ingredient cinnamon roll recipe
— 2 cups whole wheat/self rising flour
— 3 tsp baking powder
— 1 cup greek yogurt
— 1 tbsp cinnamon
— 1 tsp brown/coconut sugar
— 1 tsp melted coconut oil
steps:
mix flour & baking powder in a bowl.
add in greek yogurt & mix until a dough forms.
roll out the dough into a rectangular shape in between 2 parchment papers.
mix cinnamon, sugar & coconut oil, then spread on dough evenly.
roll dough up into a cylinder, then slice into pieces.
bake on a lined baking tray at 160C for 20-25 mins.
top with icing (1/4 cup icing sugar + 2 tbsp milk) then serve!
