Keto Backpacking Food, Keto Meals For Hiking And Bikepacking

Since we are doing a keto diet, we chose to create a keto friendly backpacking menu for our upcoming hiking trip. I will pin a comment regarding how the food worked for us on a 4 day hiking trip. The foods I showed will get us near 2000 calories a day, but will be taking some additional “cheat” foods in case we need the extra food. We’ve had a good experience with a keto diet at home. We don’t get hungry throughout the day and consume less calories because of this. My wife and I have both lost weight and would like to continue this on the trail.
