Keto Chocolate Brownie Recipe – Only Two Ingredients and Less Than 1gram of Carbs
If you feel like a guilt free dessert then this recipe is for you. Less than 1 gram of carbs and 115 calories (based on 12 brownies), these healthy, chocolate brownies are so easy to make and with only 2 ingredients.
Ingredients:
280 grams, 95% Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Chips
5 Medium Free Range Eggs
Preheat oven to 175C/350F
Use a mixer and beat 5 eggs until a frothy consistency
Microwave in 6, 20 second increments (or however long it takes) the chocolate chips, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted.
Combine the egg mixture and melted chocolate together using a whisk or a mixer until a batter consistency.
Use 8 inch square pan, lined with baking paper
*Add vanilla and/or instant coffee to enhance flavour
**For variation you can add nuts, peanut butter or even no sugar white chocolate chips
Makes 12 chocolate brownies
