Keto Cottage Cheese Brownies! (Flourless)
Ingredients: (Makes 9!)
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, sugar substitute, salt, and cocoa powder to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
3. Pour into the prepared baking dish and evenly smooth out with a spatula.
4. Sprinkle the sugar free chocolate chips evenly over the mixture.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
6. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into 9 squares. Enjoy!!!
These brownies are so moist and so delicious! According to my calculations with the ingredient that I used, they are less than 3 carbs each!!! I love flourless recipes since I can’t use almond flour or coconut flour and this one is a keeper for sure! They are kind of delicate so be careful of that. I did put mine in the refrigerator to try to harden more, but they never did. Thanks so much for watching!
