Sometimes you just want a super easy Keto breakfast and I’m sure eggs are at the forefront of the breakfast menu. And let’s be honest, you can do these a gazillion ways but there is just something indulgent about this particular egg muffin recipe (OR IS IT AN EGG CUP?). Even though it’s not a soufflé it feels like one. It’s rich and decadent and it’s easy to make. Mix it all in the ramekin and pop it in the oven while you get ready to do whatever it is you do and then sit down and enjoy this delicious Keto egg muffin. I used ham and cheese in mine but you can really use whatever is left over in your fridge.
