Keto Ham Pinwheels – Low Carb Appetizer or Keto Snack Recipe
Ingredients:
•8 ounces cream cheese, softened
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or Ranch seasoning
•3 slices thick cut ham
•6 slices swiss cheese
Method:
•In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and seasoning until combined.
•Lay out each slice of ham on a cutting board.
•Place 2 slices of cheese on top of ham.
•Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of ham and cheese slices.
•Grab the edges of the ham and roll up.
•Chill for 30 minutes for easy slicing.
•Slice each roll into 6 pinwheels or pieces.
Makes about 18 pinwheels. 4 net carbs per 6 pieces or pinwheels.
