This is my take on.a Keto Indian pudding. I made it mainly using cream and thickened it with some nuts and seeds. You can choose the ones you like. I have used almonds, coconut and hemp seeds. Sweetened with erythritol this is a sugar Free Kheer and perfectly fits a Healthy Diet. Hope you try it out.
