Ingredients:
▪️ 130 g soft cream cheese
▪️ 4 eggs
▪️ 1/4 cup almond milk
▪️ 2 tbsp erithritol or other sweetner (to taste)
▪️ pinch of salt
▪️ 3/4 cup almond flour
Method:
1. Mix ingredients well.
2. Fry on medium heat, both sides until golden brown.
