Keto Pho | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe | Cooks In 15 Minutes
This keto Pho is a simple recipe that cooks in 15 minutes. We once again made use of spiralized daikon as the “rice noodles” to keep this dish low carb. The white color of daikon looks similar to rice noodles and is able to absorb the flavor of the broth well. Yes this is a shortcut to a real beef broth by using Better Than Bouillon but the flavor is there. And for a quick lunch in the office, this is a very nice and delicious meal that is freshly made. The last squeeze of lime at the end really adds to the flavor and elevates the taste. I really encourage you to add the lime if possible. If you prefer your bean sprouts cooked instead of raw, add it into the soup for 1 minute at the end and it should be cooked enough. I hope you try out this recipe and enjoy your lunch.
