A refreshingly delicious low-carb raspberry jelly dessert
For the shown portions I am using:
500 grams frozen raspberries
60 g erythritol (not counted towards calories, nor carbs)
3 g agar agar powder (1tbsp)
100 ml water
If you use powdered gelatine – put the desired amount in a bowl and add twice the amount of cold water then wait for 5 minutes to hydrate. You can put in a double boiler and heat it until it fully dissolves and then add it to a cold liquid. Keep in mind that gelatine has decreased “power” when used in acidic liquids.
Proportions for agar-agar are usually 1 tsp for 320ml of liquid
