Keto Vanilla Almond Crunch | Easy Meal Prep Keto Dessert | Made with Keto Chow
Ingredients:
1 packet or scoop Vanilla Keto Chow
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup almond, crushed
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener
Instructions:
1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Whisk in Keto Chow, then add almonds, almond extract, and sugar-free sweetener. Mix well. Let sit for about 5 minutes until salt from Keto Chow has dissolved.
2. Pour mixture into a 12-mini muffin silicone mold. Place in freezer for about 15-30 minutes until hardened.
Makes about 12 servings. Approximately 2.71 total carbs, .55 net carbs.
