Keto Version Of A Wendy’s Frosty
Sorry, I didn’t have time to write a description on Monday. So here it is.

What I would do differently next time. I would add an additional tablespoon or so of cream. It was a little too thick. I would also leave it in the freezer the full 30 minutes or maybe 45 minutes. It wasn’t cold enough at 20 minutes. It was good but it didn’t have that frosty ice texture to it at 20 minutes. We enjoyed it and it will definitely help with that occasional sweet tooth.
