This Month I was Challenged By Kendra @consumethegoodness To Make a Delicious Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Mug Cake And Boy Did It turn Out Yummy!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• a mug 😁
• 3 TBSP Peanut Butter (I have found that a good, natural, creamy peanut butter works best…crunchy makes it weird lol)
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1-2 TBSP keto friendly chocolate chips
• 1 large egg
• 1 TBSP sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, etc)
MAKING THE MUG CAKE:
• Add the peanut butter to the mug and microwave for 30 seconds
• Next, add the baking powder and sweetener, mix well
• Then, add the egg and mix until well combined
• Once all ingredients are mixed well, add 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (I usually add closer to 2…possibly a heaping 2tbsp depending on my husband’s mood lol), and stir
• microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, let cool, and enjoy!
